Eave is a home maintenance tracking platform that helps homeowners manage appliance records and maintenance schedules. The service provides task recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and general best practices.
3. Subscription and Billing
Eave Pro is billed at $9.99 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. Informational Purpose — Not Professional Advice
Task recommendations provided by Eave are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional maintenance, engineering, or safety advice. Always consult a qualified technician for safety-critical repairs and maintenance. Eave is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from actions taken based on recommendations provided by the service.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and appliance data. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
